Thursday, June 19, 2008 - 19:14 GMT actually the rd elite or a single spider alpha would probally work better for his application. for options i would say audiopulse also.

Thursday, June 19, 2008 - 20:15 GMT If you like the Q, no one here will really dissuade you. Inexpensive too, make sure to get a box built to spec

Friday, June 20, 2008 - 05:00 GMT si mag is a great choice if you can find an older one. not sure when the new ones are coming out or if they are out yet. but si/fi/sundown/rd all great companies you might want to look into.

Friday, June 20, 2008 - 05:21 GMT What power range are you shooting for? What budget do you have for an amp? How much space do you have to spare? What vehicle? Other than that...yes, the Q is a nice sub for daily pounding.

Friday, June 20, 2008 - 06:17 GMT shooting for 1000-1500. don't want to do too much to the electrical system besides possibly the big 3. Amp should be under 300 but could go a little higher. I've been reading some sealed vs ported, and i've decided on sealed, at least at first, and i have enough room for 15" sealed.

Friday, June 20, 2008 - 06:28 GMT In that case, you may want to go w/ the BP Power option.

Friday, June 20, 2008 - 06:56 GMT Depending on what happens tomorrow i have an audiopulse revo 15 for sale at 375shipped. Its only been used for like 3 weeks and sounds amazing sealed. Its IMO the best sub for under 400 thats new/almost new. Im waiting on Jamies reply but if he doesnt want it its all yours.
