Any Ideas on These Choices?

I need a mono amp stable at 300-400 4ohms rms. I am looking at three choices right now. Here they are any ideas. Bazooka ELA700.1, Directed Xtreme XA-8001, and finally Blaupunkt THA1350 slim series.
