Overpowering w3's or not with this amp

The JL site does not have a W3 listed with a 300 rms rating, although JL has recently changed all of their power ratings for some reason or another. I can't remember which one was 300rms but I am thinking it was the 12. If this is the case I belive two 12w3v3s would be just fine unless I am grossly underestimating the capabilities of this amp.
