Diamond Member Username: BestmankindPost Number: 21153 Registered: Oct-05 | ok with the dimensions you gave me, you can make a box this size. 8.865 cuft with 102.5 sq inches of port area. it will be tuned to around 32hz. since we have a lot of volume to work with, your box is able to achieve the desired tuning frequency without the L bend. no L bend = less turbulance.  you car will be so fricking loud and clean i can't wait to hear it. 2 re xxx 15s with 2 rd audio 1750.1. man just thinking about it is giving me a woody. Diamond Member Username: BestmankindPost Number: 21154 Registered: Oct-05 | once the box is built and put in to place, you can listen to it. then on another day, we will.... 1. use spray foam deadener to fill in the gap between the box and the car. 2. once the deadener hardens, we will resin it with resin mat. 3. once the resin cures, sand it and make it smooth. 4. use body filler for any imperfections. 5. sand it again and paint it or cover it with vinyl. your car will look sick after that. |
