So, I cleaned the sub with alcohol, Super glued the rip back together. Used 4-5 coats of H2O, A water based contact cement, then a bead of silicone. Time will tell, and It gives me time to find a replacement surround. Thanks for the tips.

yeah, damn fine job, man. that should work just fine. i would consider finding a way to make the silicone black or put a grill over it though.

acually, it will dry to a clear, But I plan on getting a JL grill for it. I throw all my tools in there and stuff so I dont want to puncture it. And I for got to put the trim ring back on. But Ill wait till I get the grill.
