Thursday, April 24, 2008 - 04:48 GMT my sub has terminals on 2 sides. so it has 2 neg and 2 pos places to put the wire. i have it wired to my amp at 1 ohm and the wire just goes to a pos and a neg on the sub. should i have wire going to neg to neg and pos to pos on the sub too?

Thursday, April 24, 2008 - 05:55 GMT How do you know it dual 2 ohm? it could be dual 4 ohm? Just because he thinks it's wired at 1 ohm doesn't mean it is! Did you use a ohm meter?? to see what it is?? What is the model # of your sub??? That would make it a lot easier!! Thx p.s. i'm not trying to be dickish. It's late, I'm tired! sorry!

Thursday, April 24, 2008 - 06:18 GMT if that sub is a DVC 2 or 4 ohm, wire it just like that pic rovin posted. If its a 4, the amp will see a 2 ohm load if its a 2, the amp will see 1 ohm
