it seems like some of the stuff needed for car audio prices have been going up lately.
of course the price of copper has gone up so the cables are getting a bit more expensive.
price on the kinetik batteries have gone up as well. i bought my hc1800 for $195 late last year. i wanted another one in my trunk so i went to that shop and now the price is $235. i couldn't believe it.
Gasoline, jet fuel and diesel costs are mostly to blame. Gear has to be distributed somehow, and whether it be by truck, plane, train, or ship, or a combination of those -- they all run on fuel and these carriers have been forced to jack up their prices across the board. I dropped a 20 in my truck last night and got five gallons FTMFL.
yeah i noticed that. the cost of shipping stuff is climbing also. we have a ups software at work which we use to ship out stuff. anyways the software is getting rate updates every other week seems like.
in case anyone didn't notice, everything is going up and its not going to stop lol.. the economy has gone to sh/t and at this rate the US will end up a 3rd world country sooner or later
