I'm thinking about doing something new and i was looking at re sx's and fi q's any opinions on how they compare sq and spl wise to each other an also power handling on each. could i keep my xa3000d and us 2 15"s of either sub?
Dual 2ohm, both work fine.. each one has a light scuff or two on the surrounds
only major cosmetic flaw is one has a small crack in the dustcap which i glued.. i ran these in my 03 Jetta on two RE 35.1s .. was doing 151.6dB @ 49hz
I planned on putting them in our CRX but i would not mind getting some more XXXs
on the left sub you can kinda see the glue where the crack is.. if your seriously interested i can take some good pictures

for SQ yes.. i own both XXX and SX .. the SQs flat out get louder.. if he don't want to work out a trade thats fine.. i really plan on using the SXs again in our rex
the XXXs are great subs.. it would not be a straight trade.. there would be more on my end
