What fuse should I use?

I meant 1/2 amp is a good size fuse to put IN your remote wire. You're asking where to connect the wire to....... the ignition wire behind the radio is easiest. It's usually red.

" Very important if you don't want a fire if that wire shorts to ground. Or if it's connected to the HU, the HUs remote circuit would burn out. " i just want to know what fuse i could hook it up to " You connect it to the the ignition wire like I said. It's the wire that is +12 volts with ignition on, dead with it off.
