ok well im selling me system for 500 and i want to get somethin louder then what i have which is a 15 inch kicker CVX in a sealed box with a hifonics zeus amp....but im looking into getting 2 15 Diamond D315D2...r these ne good?? and any other thoughts for the best system for my buck is greatly appreciated lol

i mean that will be louder but you could do better for the money.

Keep your sub, have a ported box built to it's specs and get a decent amplifier. (the one you have doesn't do anywhere near rated power)

An Audioque 1200d would be good for that sub. That and a good box will put you close to $500.

if you build your own box and the get the audioQ 1200d, prob. set you back a lil more than 300

go to the RE site and u you can get a cut out of what u need to do for making ur own box. i would do what they say and keep the sub u have now and do that. or did u want to use that 500 with the money u get for selling it?

The Diamond D3 subs are very clean sounding and will get decently loud.
