Post Number: 19563 Registered: Oct-05 | just came back from picking up a set of DLS UR6S component set. these are a model below the irridiums. i was gonna go with the irridiums but the dls rep said the irridium 2 way mid is a bit weak. if i was gonna go with the irridiums then i should get the 3 way. well i didn't want a 3 way setup again so i got these instead. i won't be installing til the weekend. i am sure it will sound good. anyways here are some pics.      |

Email Post Number: 4818 Registered: Nov-05 | chad the irridium mids are lacking in mids.. im telling you.. you still need to try those jbl gtis .. youll be shocked don't get me wrong i love my dls ultimate nobeliums but if i ever switch it up im trying a set of those gtis i just need to send some more power to my dls set.. the mids take 150-200rms plus another 50-75rms for the tweets .. im just under-powering em for the moment |

I dont know what focal speakers youve heard before but IMO they have a similar sound. On the other end of the spectrum would be like dynaudio which are extremely smooth speakers. |
