Monday, March 24, 2008 - 15:35 GMT i got the rd1000.1 and i love it. btw my alpha is the single spider version so it handles less power but has better sq.

Monday, March 24, 2008 - 18:35 GMT Berny...Im gonna be as unbias as i can be... In a 1000-1500rms range the BL, anything more take the Alpha...They both hit the lows with accurate presision, The Alpha sounds a tad better, but unless you are a true audiophile you will not notice lots of difference...The BL is more effecient..On 1000rms there was a noticable difference in output... Overall if you have a lot of power on tap, and enjoy the flexablity of being able to run ur sub in almost any size enclosure small, large, sealed or ported then get the Alpha, if not the BL Againts one another BL SPL 10 Alpha SPL 8 BL Sq 8 ALpha Sq 9

Tuesday, March 25, 2008 - 02:08 GMT Good review. That is the reason we started making the Alpha in a single spyder as well. Efficiency is key as well as the SQ. Sounded too good for us not to offer it Kevin
