I would say that there is absolutely no way to even make a guess. That's about as vague as it gets. Like saying, "What vegetable would be larger? A red pepper, a green pepper, or a yellow pepper?". Now call the conditions that they are grown in the installation of your woofer(s). Grow your red pepper in the desert and you may find that it doesn't do so well. Grow your yellow pepper in the optimal conditions and it will fare much better than the other. That analogy doesn't consider the fact that the subs are different (peppers are all the same besides colour I think. I'm not a pepper expert and I don't eat them often enough to have noticed any other differences) but I didn't get to sleep until 4:30 AM this morning and I had to work at 9:00 AM and it's now 10:30 PM.
no i know exactly what you mean but i get that all with the rl-s, i just wanna have a guess like a little toy on the side for when i just wanna be bumping hard. None of my friends respect music like most of us on here do, they only think subs are for being loud. Most of the people who have rode in my car have complemented of how they actually like the sound of my sub. but i still think it would be cool just to have a loud setup aswell... thanks for your sejestion though.
cam im just to lazy i guess to see which one has the most cone area thats all... so i just decided to ask instead of doing the math cause right now im incapable... comprende?
2 12s have the most cone area, very very slightly above 3 10s. But I would rather just have 1 15- personal preference. It would also be much easier to get the ohm load you want from 1 or 2 subs than 3.
