I'll check as soon as I get home today, I spent Friday fixing my comp. I spent the rest of the weekend out so I didn't get around to it. Today I'll let you know for sure. |

Should I use 10 Gauge wire for my component speakers? And I need two runs of wire for each comp right? (Negative and postive) |
Platinum Member Username: BestmankindHttp://www.rdaudio.net... Post Number: 19086 Registered: Oct-05 | yeah you need neg and pos. 10 guage is not necessary. thats too thick. like 16 gauge is cool i think. |

There's a Streetwires grounding terminal there for double 1/0 runs and also a single stinger 1/0awg grounding terminal. There's also butt connectors or wire couplers there for 1/0 awg. |

What you need you'll have to figure out because I'm not going to be doing the install lol. What do you want and I'll get you a price depending on your area code and figure out the 3 day shipping. |

Gold Member Username: Th3pwn3rPost Number:... Post Number: 7085 Registered: Jul-06 | In my install I just used 1/0 terminals with a bolt going into the battery and I have side post terminals. There's no standard number because there's a lot of different ways it can be done. |

Silver Member Username: 30hrtzRaleigh, Nc U.s.a Post Number: 231 Registered: Mar-06 | you can get ring terminals for the wire at ace hardware stores, they refer to them as "welding lugs".any store that has a welding section will have them.they are copper not brass.I used em and they work greAT. east to crimp too.just use a nail punch or center punch after you stick the wire in it.I put about 8 punches in each one of mine then covered with shrink wrap. |
