Ok, well to start off, my original system was a Pio Premier 680 on 2 12" Fi SSD's with a ZX1500
and a ZX350.4 on four Infinity Kappa Coax's. I ended up getting tired of the lack of good sound quality from the subs and wanted a new system.

I sold the subs and amps and decided to upgrade the SQ. I bought a Nine.1, Nine.4, Phase Linear UV8, Diamond HEX s600s, along with 2 12" SI BM's. I was happy with this setup for a while, but began to miss getting loud.

I traded the ED amps, sold the subs, and sold the HU. I picked up a Panasonic CQ-VD7003U, a Digital Designs M1 with a matching DD C2, an EQS, and a 15" TC-3000.

Let's just say I LOVE this new setup. I totally underestimated how loud this sub would get. First off, it's a mammoth, 10.5" mounting depth and it weighs 49 lbs. (My first 15 and my first ported setup) Spent forever workin on the box and drilling individual holes for cables to amps, etc. (which is a b!tch by the way).

My brother helped me hoof the box upstairs into my car (heavy as hell) and i got her all hooked up (still tuning eqs to my liking) but all i can say is DAMN.

The TC as such incredibly accurate bass for a 15 it's remarkable. Not only does it sound cleaner, but it gets louder than my BM's ever did. I was playing all types of music after i put it in and it just will play anything. The BM's sometimes didn't sound great on some rock, but this dominates. The drums in some songs feel like i'm gettin punched in the chest (good thing) and on rap, it hits so low i think my car might be falling apart.

All in all, love everything, the C2 gives clean power to the HEX's which have no problem getting loud enough to compete with the sub.

Enjoy the pics, i'll try to get a video up sometime soon!

idk, i like this more...btw M.S.....the amps are mounted on a piece of birch that is mounted on another two pieces of wood with edead in between them and then all that is mounted on the box...it's probably not optimal, but theres 2 inches of wood and a layer of edead inbetween the amps and the actual box

There's two sides of the carpet. One side doesn't get all furry and nasty and the other does. You just happened to put it on so the nasty side shows lol, Ive done it before as well..
