i have a s-10 xtreme was wondering an easy way to stiffen the roof so it does not rattle cause the rattle is annoying

yeah i called some buddies of mine that work at audio shops they said dynamat will not help the rattling need to stiffen it up somehow it does not take mech all i have to do is put two fingers on it stops so idk

if you could find a way to attach a strip or two of 1/2" metal to it from front to back or side to side under the headliner, I think that would work.

cool maybe ill try that when it warms up how thick do u suggest i go with it so i can still pull my head liner back over it

if you use expanding foam you can shave it down... Defiantly dont weld it unless you plan on painting it afterwards

so spray the foam in and shave it down until head liner will go back in? any specific spray foam to use

Geat Stuff (thats the name) is good too.
BE CAREFUL. This stuff goes EVERYWHERE. I'm being dead serious. Cover EVERYTHING you dont want to get this on b/c once it hits something, its damn near impossible to get off
