Have carpet already(extra from my last box i made), but my brother carpeted that one for me. I think he used contact cement...??? built my box for the cvr's, just need the carpet on it now |

Gold Member Username: MendonmafiaUSA Post Number: 1313 Registered: Aug-06 | ^^ x2 thats what i just did for my box. It was my first covering ever and it works awesome. you dont have to wait in between application and surface contact either. and if you mess up you can pull it off and reset it if you are relatively quick about it. |
Silver Member Username: SpankinurwoofersGR, MI US Post Number: 325 Registered: Nov-07 | ok, never used the stuff...just spray it on the box, place the carpet?(that simple?) |
Gold Member Username: MendonmafiaUSA Post Number: 1314 Registered: Aug-06 | i sprayed both sides(box and carpet) and used extra glue around the seams. i think you can just spray the box tho if you must. all the info is right on the can tho |
Platinum Member Username: WingmanaliveA pic is worth 1000 posts!! Post Number: 14266 Registered: Jun-06 | Yup. Careful you don't overspray tho. That can show up on the carpet. |

Gold Member Username: MendonmafiaUSA Post Number: 1315 Registered: Aug-06 | if you do happen to get any on the outside you can use mineral spirits, turpentine, acetone or pretty much any other organic solvent and it will come right off. i got a little bit on mine around the seams but the solvent took it off easily. just make sure you get to it quick. |
