I have a 2002 chevy impala. I am buying a 15" bl. Fi recommends 2.8-4 cuft box. I want to make a slot port box and i need some help. I have about 3 feet for width and 3 feet for length. To make it so its not so tight i want it to be 16 inches tall with the front of the box on an angle so the sub still has a few inches above and below it. The sub and port will be facing the rear seat since the whole seat folds down. I'd like the box to be tuned at 32 hz and 3.5 cuft. I'd highly appreciate any help withs plans for this box.

32hz @ 3.5 cuft will slam the lows, but your highs wont be too impressive. Try going for a big port.... a bigger port will give it more of a range....less of a freq. drop off.

try this site:
i have a bl in this box. 3 cuft 37hz...

this box sounds pretty good, i like the 37 but i dont like the 3 cuft (space restrictions).

try many differrent boxes and see what u can come up with.
