Pretty good turnout, but the show kinda turned into a clusterfuck. Alot of dumb people and the meter was acting up on Street Beat, but all in all it was an OK show. Nick V hit 147.7dB @ 52hz at the show. He was doing 47.8's very consistantly this morning at 8am though...guess the weather change may have hurt him alil. He took 2nd in his class, got beat by an CRX w/ 2 DD9515's and a MMATS 3500.05 doing hi-52's or low-53's. Nick's #'s were on 1 RD1750.1 w/ 1 extra batt. We need to shorten his port alil. I took 1st in my class w/ 153.1dB @47hz. Gained alil from a cold alt and solid batt backup. Ended up beating a wall of 4 9515's on 1 M3 doing 152.8 (the guy needed ALOT more power). Only a few people there were louder than me. I'm 95% sure the loudest vehicle was 4 DD3515's walled w/ a Stetsom 7K at 16v. That did 154.8dB. Pics/vids will be up shortly. |

I'm 100% confident that Nick will be over 150 very soon. W/ some tuning on the port, he easily be in the mid-high 148's on 1 amp. He was dropping to ~11.2v on burps when we tested Sunday morning, so once he gets more batt/alt and adds that second amp its gonna be fun. |

They had to equipment to get loud, but not the box. The 4 95's on the M3 were in a white frontier.  Thats the wall and the guy that owned it. He is going to a Z1a, he just got the M3 because thats all he could get at the time. Its on a stock electrical and stock HU ALOT of people at that show had very nice equipment. They could have been much louder w/ better boxes. You going to make it to IFO in Shreveport on 3/16? |

Trevor, I bet we can get that yota LOUD 147+ will be a piece of cake. Should be able to touch 50's outlaw w/ alil work. Bret, The McComb show is 3/1...Saturday starting at 2pm at Presley Audio. They just moved the shop and are hosting the show at the new location. You have prolly met Pat and Nick at other shows bofore. The run Presley Audio. I'm going to try and make it, not 100% sure I can. I have a big install in an H2 tomorrow...so I may not be able to get off Sat. (May have to catch up on some things in the sound room, our switching system came in and I havnt built the amp display yet). I'm going to talk to the bossman tomorrow and see if they can do without me Sat. |

Should be fine on burp though. M1a's are alil touchy at 1ohm strapped. They don't like low voltage, they jump into protect. That was off 1 d34 though. I run 20.1's strapped at 1.5 daily no problem though. |

With just your 1 sub in a burp-box, I could easily get you a few dB more. You truck is going to want to peak much higher than your daily box is tuned to now. |

I have heard of people running the M3's @ .5 strapped daily and not get hot or anything. My box rise is like 4-5 times what it will be wired to. I should be fine. So if wired to .7 strapped(.35 a amp) with my rise the amps will see about 1.4 a amp. I already had the Z1A @ .35 daily |

I know there is a 156 in there. I need to charge the batts and try it again. Voltge is dropping into the high 10's. If i can get it to hold in the 12's on a burp I should get alot more power. I guess 155.7 no wall in a F150 crew cab isnt bad...Oh and @ 44 hz!!!! Thats 2 2400 watt amps people with a music box not made for spl. I would recommend the M3's to anyone. |
