I see you didn't get banned Man, I showed up 13 min late to my appointment for the HU install (I don't mess with decks, especially this one; everything else I do). My installer took a vehicle in my place, so tomorrow @ 10am it will be in the works. Everything is the car and RCAs just need to be plugged into the amp. I'm anxious to hear them. They're in a 2.7 cu. box tuned @ 30 hz, so should be nice. I wanted to go with a smaller ported box to create somewhat of a hybrid sealed/ported box. I'll have pics and vids up on Wednesday or so. |

He held elections for new mods like 2 months ago and hasnt put the new mods in power yet. He barely shows up. Here, the admin would be around and wouldnt allow that kind of stuff. |

I don't frequent CA so all I hear is the BS that goes on over there. It's frustrating when you have to wait sometimes till the next day b4 action is taken against a troll. First you report it then wait. Wait for the admin to shut the section down for hours while he "cleans" it. With just a few key guys with the power all it would take would be a couple of clicks and the troll would be annihilated. Over. |

But that is mostly due to the much larger member base. The factor is that they are not posting that much anymore or you don't see the posts because they are buried under so many others. The software here is not good and is down too often. As long as caraudio.com stays the way it is, all other forums cannot match its traffic or page rank, mostly because of the domain name advantage. People love to bash CA.com, but almost everyone goes there and almost everyone needs to or likes to use it because of the sheer amount of people there. Same goes for ROE and SoundDomain, some bad members do not represent the entire member group. |

Seems like almost everyday someone is posting a link here about something crazy going on over there. We get our drama too no doubt. And I wouldn't base ANY website strictly on the amount of members it has. And for sure E is far broader in its' selection of topics. If you can watch or listen to it then there's a section here for it. I also think the broad topic range helps to draw a more mature pool of ppl. Helps to balance things out. The level of experience (in whatever)this brings to the table is much more valuable and helps EVERYONE to improve. |
