Monday, February 18, 2008 - 02:59 GMT Alright, so i just got my 1000/1 installed with my 12w7HO... first it blew 2 60's (assumed) than an 80 (ok it said to use a 100).... i bought the fuse holder and two 100 amp fuses, which lasted alot longer than the others but has now blown... i have a stock alt silverado, 4 gauge power/ground... is there anything obvious that my problem? also it got very hott (the amp) is this normal for the 1000/1 ? let me know because this stuff was way to expensive to be guessing....
