Monday, February 18, 2008 - 01:53 GMT i would go with an 18 but it wont fit in my car. i have the 2008 Nissan Versa SL hatchback and the seats angle back more towards the hatch so i can only do about 4.5 cubes maybe a lil more i know i cant fit 5 so i wouldnt have enough room for an 18

Monday, February 18, 2008 - 06:44 GMT What does type of music he listens to have to do with any of this. Different size subs are not better for different types of music........ Bottom line two 12"s > one 15" only negative is larger enclosure.

Monday, February 18, 2008 - 15:39 GMT well i listen to rap and ive tried to figure out an enclosure for a 18" BL but it needs minumum of 5 cubes and the way the back of my vehicle is the only way it would fit is if i put the sub facing back but then it would be too close to the hatch and i would be afraid it would hit. The only thing with running 2 12's is i dont know what a good buget amp is. My budget is gunna be roughly $750 and it has to be all new or refurb off of a legit website. i cant use ebay. i would go with 1 15" but 2 12's would have more output

Monday, February 18, 2008 - 15:45 GMT if u really check it out, generally speaking 1 15 occupies 4cuft & 1 12 > 2cuft 2 12s box will be slightly larger & cone area would also be a slight advantage .....

Tuesday, February 19, 2008 - 22:11 GMT That's not true. To reach it's full potential it would need more but the sub will be just fine on that power.
