Within the next month I'm gonna get a new sub, so I've decided If I cant find a whole one, why not build a sub? I'm wanting a 15" eclipse TI or possibly a tc-3000. My question is whats a 3hp motor worth, and how many different models are there? I found one with the 4 bolt for $100 shipped, but I think I can find on cheaper. Is there certain motors I should avoid, as if there hard to find parts for or anything? Thanks for any help.

3hp is a good motor, but if you are wanting a TC sounds top assembly i would look else where. 1 is would be pricy and 2 i emailed them over 2 weeks ago and no response back yet.

yea they seem to have gone downhill...they make great drivers there is no doubt there, but as a company they seem to be lacking in the customer service deptl

yea i understand, i did too...im just having a bad night lol....but if you get the motor, i have a feeling youd have a hard time finding the top assembly, i could be ocmplety wrong but since they are discontined i think it owuld be tough....other than TC i would just ask around....Visitor over at ROE had some but i believe he got rid of them all..
