just got my us amps in and wow i can tell the difference in my oppinion the sundown did have a very good sound with my subs the u.s. seems to sound better and seems to sound lower to
ya i know but i have the gain down to about 1000 watts right now just sounds better to me also seems to be made better than it but the sundown is still an awesome amp
Unless you are running the US amps at 2ohms which yields 1000wrms. Then it isnt a fair comparison.

Btw, turning the gain down on an amplifier doesn't limit the power output. The amp will still produced the rms at a given impedance regardless of the gain attenuation.
Im not sure about the versatility of both amps, but from experience, the sundown amps do pack a punch. Keep in mind that the sae-1000D is entry level.
ya but from wat ive been told when i asked about setting my gain i can limite it by keeping it down to a certain voltage on the amps outputs which is what i did and i know its the entry level
Two different amps, one that is a great daily driver mid-level amp (Sundown), the other a higher line and higher power amp that many use for competition (US Amps).
question then will keeping the gain down keep it from pulling to much off of my stock electrical i will be upgrading soon deffinatly right just couldnt pass the deal up they cost about the same
