Tuesday, January 29, 2008 - 00:51 GMT 2 different subs and will have 2 different results. you might like one and another person might like the other. i know you are a bit disappointed in the output. i know. that is why i had 2 in my car. anyways build yourself a nice 3 cuft box tuned to 24hz. you will not only get the loudness you are looking for but will still maintain your sq.

Tuesday, January 29, 2008 - 16:48 GMT rovin that is what mike from sound splinter recommended. there are some that tune the rl-s at 20hz for their car. for home they tune it to around 15hz.

Wednesday, January 30, 2008 - 03:09 GMT charles you will notice a big difference in output. also since its tuned low, it should maintain the sq. that was according to mike from sound splinter. fitting a 3 cuft box should be easy unless you have a real small trunk. i easily fit a box up to 4 cuft in the trunk of my accord.
