Monday, January 14, 2008 - 17:32 GMT Nope, couldn't sell to em unless they walk through the door at the shop. They can call and ask about prices all they want though. Or just call DD directly.

Monday, January 14, 2008 - 18:28 GMT My advice is to go with 1500 series. I'm not a big fan of the 2500 series. If your looking for something louder than the 1500's look into getting 3500's. The 1500's have better SQ than the 2500's in my opinion and they're nearly as loud.

Monday, January 14, 2008 - 20:05 GMT thats pretty reasonable, the 1500s should be okay of that kicker correct? it will be a little over their rms but they should be able to handle it shouldnt they?

Monday, January 14, 2008 - 21:47 GMT A pair of 1512's on a zx1000.1 would be great. Strong lil subs. As for the 2500's, I love em. The fall right in the power range that alot of people want to run and sound great. A pair on 1500-2000w can get MEAN! But for lower power, say 700-1000wrms total 1500's are the way to go.

Monday, January 14, 2008 - 22:50 GMT MJ23, Your subs are fine. Yes, I don't see much difference in performance between the 15 and 25's but the 25's offer dual voice coil's where as the 15's are only available in single 4 ohm. Thats the biggest advantage to buying 2500's over 1500's in my opinion. It's hard to find a modest sized 2ohm mono amp to run a pair. Having D4's you can go with a 2 channel amp or a typical 1ohm mono amp. And they can take more abuse thermally, 2500's = good subs ;) Their home audio stuff is built overseas.
