Setup for BMW M5

I know I want two subs and an amp in an enclosure. I can have the enclosure custom built as I have a few people who know how to make them. Question is what's the best setup I can get in there for around $300-$400? Thanks A Lot!

I like sq while getting a little bit loud (sound qaulity = sq, sound pressure level (loudness) = spl, mix of both = sql)...so i'm an sql man myself and if it were me, i would get a kicker zx750.1 and a dual 4 ohm RE SE
