Marine amps?

one would assume that marine amp meant completley water prof but is it? heres the amps i plan on buying

I don't know if any amp is waterproof (works under water). They are supposed to coat the board with anti corrosion stuff so it can't short or corrode, but don't think they intend for direct contact with water. The outer case should withstand mist and maybe splash of water and terminals not corrode. But each manufacturer may have a different ideal of that, so I guess you would have to ask them or look for info on their site/etc.

Mountable On outside of the garaged car and Drivable in a rainy day and still be good i guess?

put it beside the batterys,there usually covered up
