They are supposed to coat the board with anti corrosion stuff so it can't short or corrode, but don't think they intend for direct contact with water. The outer case should withstand mist and maybe splash of water and terminals not corrode. But each manufacturer may have a different ideal of that, so I guess you would have to ask them or look for info on their site/etc. |
