ok well my amp doesnt have a gain switch on it...

instead it has:
Input sensitivity
crossover frequency
twin-t bass eq
subsonic filter

now i'm not sure what these should really be set on my rl-s....

the amp is a PG Tantrum 1200.1 , below i have a link to where all of pg instruction manuals are. if you want you could download it to see in more detial which switch does what.

i have it set up, and it sounds good.. but i want the most out of my amp. thanks alot guys

crossover freq = LPF

WTFever bass crap = bass boost

subsonic filter = don't need an explination there

LPF = 75-85 hz or close to that

bass boost = 0

subsonic filter = on, if it's adjustable, a bit below the tuning of the box

what happens if the box is sealed? 2.5 net

Then you can turn the SSF off. But if you're going to go blasting bass mekanik or other music with artificial low bass, you may want to leave it on around 20 hz. Actual music doesn't play lower than that......
