If I have 2 4-ohm subs wired in a series to get 4-ohms and my amp puts out 500rms x 1 at 4-ohms does that mean each sub is getting 250rms?
I know this sounds like a stupid question, just a newbie

two 4 ohm subs in series is an 8 ohm load
that'd be 125w per sub
