I was wondering what is the best 5x7/6x8 speaker out there? I'm talking the best. Price doesn't matter. I just want to know what the best 5x7/6x8 speaker out there is.
They're isn't a "best". The JL audio XR series are very nice. I haven't heard a lot of 5x7/6x8 component systems because they aren't popular and don't sound as good as round speakers. Really, you could make an adapter and put a 6.5" component system in there and it would sound better than ANY comparable 5x7/6x8 system out there. Oval speakers aren't the best for sound quality. You won't be disappointed with any of them (I don't think). They're all top of the line.
