ask kevin from low-hz....ppl claim to burst them on .35 ohms ,and run them daily on .5, they used to be warranted to .5 ohms .they quit it,cuz noobs were frying them not knowin what they was doing, ive been told just make sure u got a ho alt with a a good amount of power and a good idle and u will be fine
well I was just wondering b/c if I get a second alpha, I would either have to run it at .5 or 2 ohms I believe, according to RD's site, it says I'd only be getting 500wrms at 2 ohms
In addition, I don't have a HO alt, and won't have one until I can get a different vehicle.
I talked to Kevin today on COD4 and said I would be fine running two rd1000.1d of stock alt but upgrading big 3...maybe I should just consider doing that instead of .5ohms?
idk,why does everybody on here need to be lookin at my real name lol
& lmfao i know the saz 1500d is .5 ohm stable but idk about the 1000d,oops i read wrong, yeah 2 of them running at 2 ohms would prolly be alot safer on the amps imo
