I used threaded rod on mine with some large washers and I torqued one of the outboard nuts up just a lil too much, so it got a little messed up on the wood. Luckily, I filled the countersinks for the outer nuts with lots of glue before putting them on. What was used to do the same job as my washers, in this case? |
