To answer your question, and theres been some great suggestions so far, I would have to know what the ohm load is of your sub.
If its a dual 1 i'd go with a Mmats 3500.05, (also the earlier 3000.05 is actually stronger than the 3500.05, sounds crazy but true.)

If its a dual 2 or .5 then all the other suggestions are great to.

So whatcha puting it in?

punch serries might be,but my power series amp is like 2 months old.and came with a birth sheet of doing double the power its rated

yeah i no that, im going to put a 300amp alt and run like 2 to 3 batts what ever i will need

what dose he all need? 300 amp alt Big 3 umm 3 HC2400 and one HC1800 under the hood or dose need more o and a run of 4/0awg lol

Thats alternator and 1 battery will do just fine. For those amps youre looking at, 1 or 2 runs of 0 gauge wire.
