I asked help for that enclosure on here and people said i needed more port... and bigger box... and it turned out to be the problem. But now im going to just make from pioneer specs. tell me if this makes sense. on the pioneer specs they use pvc port. I took the port surface area and volume from those specs for optimal sound ( 1.65 cuft ) and multiplied by 4 ( since i have 4 woofers ) then converted those figures to a slot port. This is what i came up with. Does this make sense to you all? like that enclosure is exact specs as if i had box that was 1.65 (4) with (4) 3" diameter by 6" long pvc. Which is the recommended specs on subwoofer manual sheets. |
