What is the best 10" sub. I can get for under $150 and where is the cheapest place to get them. I am planning on getting a pair and I like tight, clean sound but also like it to shake the sh@t out of you when I want to. I am thinking sealed enclosure so that it takes up less space in my trunk(I have 2004 Acura TL) I also am looking for a good amp to push them for under $375.

Total budget of $750-800 with enclosure, box and amp. I have 4g wire, dist. block, and fuse block already from a previous system years ago.

thanks!

What I'd do with $800...

Talk to Cal, get his SI BMs for $300 shipped.

Get a box at fishercustoms.com made to spec for the subs

4 cubes 34hz...he will know. ($170)

Pick up a Hifonics BXi1206D from ebay new for $200ish (Not the best, overrated, but should do 1000wrms at 1 ohm and wont tax your electrical too bad.)

Joseph, since you are in Suwanee, GA and not far away I can help you out. You could run a Rd Audio SVC 4 ohm Classic 12 and a Sundown SAX-100.2. Get loud, sound good, and last. If interested email me, I work in Forest Park daily.

thats true...but there's nothing wrong with Cal's. He's a good guy and has a ton of references. You could buy new for $50 more or buy his, either way.
