I have 3 of the 15" B.A.S.S. series Acoustic Audio subwoofers and there are some problems with them.
Problems: A. No enclosure specifications. B. Speaker does not accomplish its full potential because of preasure.
Solutions: A. DO NOT USE A SEALED ENCLOSURE! Use a ported enclosure that is about 1 cubic foot. The port should have a 2-3in diameter and be 4-5in long. B. There is so much resistance inside of the subwoofer itself that when you crank the volume it just destroys the voice coil. What you have to do is create 2 holes for better air flow.(Refer to picture for hole location.)

Are you sure you didn't mean the spider?
What you should have done was get yourself some good woofers from the start. Nice work figuring things out though.
honestly, its more worth than the speaker is worth... i mean seriously man... blow those f uckers up and call it a day... wake up tommorrow and buy something worthwhile
