Wednesday, December 12, 2007 - 07:44 GMT Talk about having to choose the lesser of the evils. I would go with Hifonics, but they are overrated, only do 80% of claimed power.

Thursday, December 13, 2007 - 00:27 GMT Damn with that budget you get a LOT better amp that MTX or hifonics.......... You need a 1600-2000 watt at 1 ohm amp. An RD Audio 1750.1 would be prefect for that setup. Like juliob said talk to Kevin, he sells those amps at good prices......... I would also recommend a Cadence Daytona DCA1600, but the RD will give you more power and cost less.

Thursday, December 13, 2007 - 19:57 GMT Sean are you talking about the Sundown? I agree that amp is not worth the price for daily systems. For comp it is since it can run down to .35 ohm burps and produces a lot more power at that impedance.
