hmm yeah auto parts stores are a good idea im in satelliete beach fl sooo ill look around...any i mean any suggestions in generally ie places you nejoyed working, job ideas, and tips on how to get in with that shop i guess
Have you tried Home Depot, Walmart, BustBuy, CircuitCity, Sears, Macy, Target etc? They're usually looking for people during the busy season, like now. Good luck.
Everytime I went into an Ace hardware store I felt like I was shopping in a mom and pop store.
We've seen what the large home improvement chains are doing to the smaller places. There's a small local hardware store on downtown Pine Hill where I live. The Depot was 15 minutes further from me one day and I needed a bag of cement for my flag pole. They wanted $15 for a bag!!?? "This can't be right is it?" I asked.
Holiday season or not lowes and the depot have grabbed the market by the throat.
deal paul where ya live man.....umm im 18 and in college....yeah Ace is really gettin hurt by larger stores.....lol uour bags of cement were like 6.50 i think but i was gettin really slow too so i can understand where he came from....he was a really cool owner to wrok for tho...i got no hard feelings i just gotta fidn something i like as much ya kno
Valet divers get good tips. And like everyone says restaurants are a gold mine. There's a diner in NJ where the waitresses can pull in $300/night in tips. You're under 21 so bartending is out but not being a barback. Meet some cool ppl too.
