im planning on getting either a pair of alpine SWS-1023D or SWR-1022D

im attaching manuals for each

i looked through them i got confused by the numbers

i want sealed box but

i'd like to know the size of ported box also

what would the internal volume of each chamber need to be for each sealed and ported with 2 chambers for each sub

thanks

I'd go with Rs. Follow alpines recommendations and you should be fine.

It says right there .6ft net sealed, or 1ft ported. Net is the interior volume after all displacement (including the sub). If sealed just figure out the displacement of the sub and make sure you get .6, if ported figure out the size of the port and sub and get your net 1ft there.
