I'm not sure how helpful it will be considering the head unit you have in your car but it might help explain a little. I am also having the same problem. The videos wont play on my Jensen 9311TS using my iPod nano 3rd Generation. But videos play just fine using an iPod Video 5th Gen. So anyway for quite some time i've tried to figure out what the heck the problem is. This is what i've found out so far... I found this discussion in an Apple forum... http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1153331 There you will read that Apple has created a universal dock because newer iPods are not compatible with the older "cords". I'm going to enclose a few other links that helped me understand exactly what they did. Hope this helps in some way. http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=300277 http://www.ilounge.com/index.php/reviews/entry/apple-universal-dock-2007/ |
