my mom ordered my phone(lg voyager)today. They didnt make enoughand ran out or whatever so i cant have mine until the 15th. thats the earliest!!! im phoneless until then sux as s.
they won't even give you a loaner phone to use until then?
that's some shi*tty customer service right there, i would think you would usually get a loaner phone in that situation, especially since it's their fault.
yea cingular ftw....but like gavin said..you can go to a verizon store and they should give you and activate a lonar phone cause you bought a new one.....it will be old and beat up but it will work
Haha where my college is located, it's Cellular One...... the only network with good service here. Verizon and Sprint suck big time...... no CDMA tower close enough.
lol well i got verizon and dont plan on switching so this is the closest ill get to the iphone lol verizon reps swore its better though when i talked to them. but yea i called again last night and they said the latest i could have it is the 15th because its on backorder but it could go out 2morrow depending on how many they have left. idk its weird... im just hoping i get it soon
and my friend got hers on friday and apparently they told her the same thing. told her she would have to wait until the 15th but she got it in two days. hope its the same with me
Another Verizon headache.. My wife wanted the chocolate, So we go to the verizon store, get it, and they say you get a free phone as well (A cheap vx5400) So im like ok, Activate them. I ask the guy if it does video, he says yes. I ask if it has sound with vid, he says yes. So my wife asks what comes with the chocolate, We both get clips, she gets BT headset and car charger. Ok, $125 we leave. That night i try my phone, 1.5 hours after tech support, it works. I then try the vid feature. It dont exist. I look at the reciet.. $20 clip $20 clip $20 Charger $30 BT Head set..
So I go back there tonight, get my $90 back, have my old working phone re-activated. Re buy all that stuff online for $20 for everthing.

i hated the voyager would be a downgrade from a treo 700 but....
verizon hooked me up twice i didnt have insurance on my previous phone samsung I-730 and i dropped it in water verizon gave me my treo for 50$ the samsung i bought for like 125 from some one it was all beat up n chit.....
so i love it.... then my treo started fn up so they gave me a new one....
n thats LGs fault they just didnt make enough for the demand...... its brand spankin new thats y.... every1 wants one...
