Hi i am going to attempt to make a enclosure with a port for my 18 inch Dreadnaut and i wanted it tuned to 32 Hz. I was wondering if some one can give me the exact measurements i need ( Port length, Box length, Width, Height). I am goin to make it out off Fiber board. Thanks For every one that replies.

Dayum that is going to be a beast. I would go at least 1" MDF or even 1 1/4" on a box that big with a sub that powerful to avoid flexing, unless you want to take a chance with 3/4" and use extensive internal bracing. Either way, it's going to be one heavy mofo.

This would be a good candidate for Trupan, or "Ultralight" MDF. Note that Trupan and Ultralight MDF are NOT the same quality of product, genuine Trupan is far superior. You can get some at a decent price in Florida at the link below. Make sure you use a double baffle and internal bracing because Trupan is generally available in 3/4".
