Thank you for your response. Another person had given me the code of 4260 also, which I guess is from the BMW calculator. However, my radio needed a 5 digit code, using numbers 1-6 only. I was able to get the code from BMW dealer, which is 14666. I called 2 dealers before one was successful. You must give the the serial # only, which mine was x2194012. Don't give them the BP9272 part (or your equivalent). The service advisors aren't very knowledable and usually only put what #'s and letters you tell them, but they can pull it up on their computer in 30 seconds. You have to give them ONLY the serial number. Hope this helps others.
