Silver Member Username: EvoixmrPost Number: 126 Registered: Aug-07 | hookin up a zx2500 in my car. I got the kicker 0 gauge power cable today at the local shop, hellathick. I asked dude for good speaker wire and told him I was hookin up 1000w rms 12"s. He sold me 8 gauge power wire. Can you use power wire for speaker wire? Also, my batt terminal has like 4 fused lines hookin up to the + post already, so dude sold me a connector to tap into the bolt that clamps the terminal to the + post( I'll try to put up some pics). I've done this before using 8 gauge power wire but it seems like 0 gauge would need a more solid connect. |
