Bronze Member Username: Blkbville04Monclova, Ohio US Post Number: 29 Registered: Oct-08 | well for the battery i would go with a kinetik, they are powercells and they also work as a car battery. I went on the kinetik website for you to calculate the battery/batteries you would need, and it says to replace you existing battery with a HC1400, then wire 2 HC1800's in the back for your amp. To be on the safe side, run 1/0 wiring and use 300 amp ANL fuses. For the alternator I would go with an Iraggi Alternator. I've seen them in many competition cars, and I've also seen Stinger Alts as well. For this i would probably go with a bigger alt, like a 250 amp or something bigger, whichever is more cost efficient and whichever you believe would fit you. I dont want to make your decisions depending on your budget, so im just throwin some ideas out there |
