hey, so i just got in my 2 12" type R 4 ohm subs and my finished subwoofer box...now comes to time for putting them together... how do i mount subwoofers i guess would be my question, the box is a sealed box fiberglass box with carpeting around the sides back and bottom...it comes with goldplated speaker terminals already pre placed in...so how do i hook up/Mount the subs?
Gonna need more info than that... like what ohm load do you want to end up with for the amp you have and how much cubic feet the box is per side.
Type R's are nice looking subs so if it was me I would inverse mount them and wire both out of phase. This would also give you more box volume to work with because fiberglass boxes are generally on the small side.
