Need an amp for Alpine Type R

Sam Olson New member Username: Aksilverado Post Number: 1 Registered: Nov-07	Posted on Sunday, November 04, 2007 - 22:45 GMT I need some suggestions on an amp for one alpine type-r 10'' have a truck so it needs to be small and powerful 1500 watt peak 2ohm 300-500 rms I was thinking of the alpine mrp-450 amp? I think that because of 400watts rms at 2 ohms. But I'm stupid when it comes to this so help me out.

SomeDonnieDude Silver Member Username: Somedonniedude Illinois United States Post Number: 346 Registered: May-07	Posted on Sunday, November 04, 2007 - 23:30 GMT Whats the model # on your sub? You need a dvc 4 ohms sub for that amp. Go for the mrp650, the sub will be louder and sound cleaner with it.
