the cheapest 1000w rms amp from lanzar is lanzar vibe 1200d or 1800d, i own the 1800d and it's doing the job. It has like 1 year without problems.

Optidrive line is good but in general, lanzar is not good

The Zed optidrives that are still sold on Lanzar's site are excellent IMO. For the price there are few equals.

The new optidrives are a step down, but still quality amps.

The Vibe/Viberant/Heritage amps are decent budget amps, but they're not very clear about the power ratings. Download manuals to check ratings/fuse sizes before buying.

By your description you're looking at one of the budget amps. Their "2400w max" amps will generally give you 600-800w RMS.

Shak, you can grab a vibe 1200d/1800d there's a benchtest where it did 1007w rms at 1 ohm at 12V.

If you wanna buy better quality, get optidrive 1400d

"hmm 1 year and its still kicking not bad "

I know sony is crap, but i've been using my sony amp for over 4 years now with no problems at all.

So now that I want an amp with more power I am getting a big boy non-sony amp. Are you guys telling me that higher quality amps don't last?

vibe equipment isn't a big step up from sony - you'd have to go with the optidrive gear to make a significant improvement.

most people would suggest a different brand altogether...Alpine, Kicker, RF etc.

^^^^^^ yeah what he said

A better quality amp would be nice, but the Lanzar Opti series are decent budget amps.
