Ok I've been asking around on the site and every1 is telling me diferent things so I'm going to the source. I'm purchasing 2 12" BL's. Now I need an amp I was looking at the MTXA92001 amp which does 3000 RMS @ 1 ohm but every is saying that 2 12" BL's can't be played at 1 ohm so what should I do!!?

so i am doing teh same as him the same subs and amp. so whats teh D1 series? is that somethign that has to be custom ordered from fi? and dual 1 ohm and times that by 2 dont that make 4 ohms? i aint sure
D1 = dual 1. 2 D1 subs wired in series/parallel will have a 1ohm final load. To make it a little easier to understand..Its the same as wiring 2 D2 subs to a 2 ohm load. There are no wiring diagrams that have a diagram for D1 subs that I have been able to find, so just find one for D2 subs wired to 2 ohm load and do it the same exact way.
